Wow! A healthy, spicy, flavorful fish taco that is very tasty. Easy to make too!



  1. Good looking stuff. Be careful marinating in metal dish's though, especially high acid marinades, they can impart a bad flavor. Glass or plastic is peferrable. I like zip lock baggies.
    I also make a white sauce out of sour cream, lime and cilantro which is easy and goog.

  2. Thanks for the comment Tripp! We have had two comments now to make our own white sauce so it just may be something we have to add. Regarding the metal dish, since it was such a short time, we went with it. Thanks for sharing the tip though, an important one to remember!
