Any Ol' Thing was created while we (Rusty and Julie) were doing a cleansing diet.  As we were creating new and interesting recipes, we figured why not record what we're doing and share them with our friends!  From there, it grew into celebrating all of the things we love to do from traveling to dining to music.

Any Ol' Kitchen will do for this recipe!  Quick and easy and very delicious.  Start with the basic pizza sauce recipe below then add tortillas and the toppings you enjoy most on your pizza!  Have fun and experiment with whatever you have in the refrigerator.



Pizza Sauce Recipe

1 t minced garlic
½ t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
½ t basil
1 t oregano
1 t marjoram
½ t sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together in a small bowl. For best results, let the mixed ingredients set for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

A great, healthy soup, customizable to your tastes.  Don't like the vegetables we used?  It's easy to substitue your own!



1 Medium Sized Green Pepper, Chopped
1 Medium Sized Onion, Chopped
1 lb of Ground Beef
1-14 oz Can of Corn
1-28 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes
1-14 oz Can of Cut Green Beans
1-14 oz Can of Lima Beans
1-14 oz Can of Small Whole Potatoes
Salt and Pepper to Taste

1.  Place the green pepper and onion in a large pot over medium heat, cover with whole pound of ground beef and cook until pepper and onions become transparent.
2.  Cut beef into the peppers and onions until evenly distributed making sure the beef is chopped into very small pieces.
3.  Continue cooking until beef is heated through.
4.  Pour in the canned ingredients and bring to a boil
5.  Reduce heat and simmer until warm throughout.

Serves 4-6
