This soup is so easy to make, super quick and delicious. Brown the turkey, add all of the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. That's about it! And at around 370 calories, it fits nicely into your diet too! If the calories aren't all that important to you, try topping it with some crunchy tortilla strips and some sour cream.
